In additional to protections against wage and tip violations and discrimination, Massachusetts offers employees other rights, such as:
the right to receive a copy of you personnel file, which must include and negative information against you, pursuant to Mass. General Law c. 149, s. 52C.
the right to a half hour meal break for any shift which lasts six hours or more, Mass. General Law c. 149, s. 100.
